My Dad’s Birthday
My husband and I were at a loss trying to think what to send my dad for his 77th birthday. My dad loves ice cream and cookies. Your ice cream cake was perfect! We sent him the small birthday party. Q - What is an Ice Cream Gift Box?
A – An Ice Cream Gift Box is a great gift idea which contains all the ice cream and toppings you need to make twenty delicious ice cream sundaes.

Q – How does the ice cream stay frozen in the mail?
A - Each gift box is shipped in a highly insulated container with lots of dry ice. This keeps the ice cream frozen for up to 3 days from when it leaves us.

Q – Does it come in different sizes?
A – Yes, 3 different sizes, a 10 sundae box, 20 sundae box and a 30 sundae box. Remember everything can be refrigerated and eaten at a later time after the box is opened.

Q – How do you ship?
A – UPS, all orders must reach their destination in 3 days or less. We will pick the most economical method based on when order is received and when it needs to be delivered.

Q – Can we customize the Flavors?
A – Of course. Low fat and low fat/no sugar flavors are available for those or restricted diets.

Q – When do you Ship?
A – Mon - Sat. Delivery date and day are calculated to reach it's destination in 3 days or less. We ship the most economical method available. UPS does not deliver on Sundays and Holidays. Most Colleges, Universities & Boarding Schools do not accept mail on Sat., Sun. & Holidays

Q – What is the time frame for delivery?
A – UPS delivers to private homes between 9am and 7pm. Commercial Businesses between 9am and 5pm.

Q – Can the Box be delivered in the AM?
A – Yes. Shipping charges will be quoted for each box

Q – How will the person receiving the box know who it is from?
A – We enclose a personal card with the message of your choice. Just let us know what you want when you order.

Q – How much notice do you need to ship a gift box?
A – 48-72 hours is best.
